Personality: She is kind, though is thought of as weird, and "out of there." She seems all knowing, and talks and thinks older than she looks. She is a generous person, and as stated before kind in a way that she likes to say hi to others around the camp. If she gives out prophecies, she tries her best to help the children to understand them, though even she usually does not understand.

Powers:
1. Has the ability to see through the Mist to an extent where she can navigate through the Labyrinth and foresee it's various traps

2. Can use the influence and wealth of her father to arrange services

3. Can see past and future events as well as make prophecies.

~History~

It is mentioned that Rachel's hamster had died and they called Dr. Arkwright when she was six.
It is also infered that Rachel had a rocky relationship with her father, Mr. Dare, before Percy met her.
A year or so after percy met her, she took up the role as the oracle of the camp, though not much is known after that, she travels freely between camp, and the normal world.
